Reference Number 0000374321 The Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms that can perform electrical maintenance on DTC's East and Central Substations. The contractor shall furnish complete inspection, preventive maintenance, incidental servicing, major repair, emergency service, and all parts and supplies necessary to ensure that the elevators and escalators operate in a first-class condition. The maintenance services shall include all qualified labor, supervision, establishment and maintenance of records, transportation means, parts, tools, equipment, cleaning and spot rust protective painting of escalator trusses and elevator rails, and keep machine spaces clean at all times. Under the Contract, ten (10) hydraulic elevators and fifteen (15) escalators, located at nine (9) DPM stations and one (1) Maintenance Facility, are to be maintained. Appendix A of the RFP document contains the locations, elevator identifiers, and escalator identifiers.
