The City of Moose Jaw (the "Owner") seeks Bids from general contractors to perform work to complete the 2025 Paved Roadways & Sidewalks in the City of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan The Owner requires Substantial Performance of the Work on October 03, 2025 Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit consisting of a properly executed electronic Bid Bond including electronic seal and electronic signature in form CCDC-220 (or other form approved by the Owner) for 10% of the total Bid price stated in the Bid Form. Bid Bonds should be issued by a bonding company licensed in the Province of Saskatchewan to conduct the business of a surety. Bids should be accompanied by an electronic Consent of Surety, licensed to conduct business in the Province of Saskatchewan as a surety, to provide an electronically sealed and electronically signed Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount of 50% of the total Bid price stated in the Bid Form.
