Renovation of a mixed-use development in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 2,225 ft2 (210 m2) of existing Shingle roof system and the installation of a new Shingle roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin 2 weeks after contract award; the completion date is August 1, 2025. A bid security in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
