Construction Management/ Construction Inspection Services for Evesham Road (CR-544) Roadway Improvements From the Vicinity of West Clements Bridge Road (NJ-41) to Schubert Avenue (Cr-736) (MP 2.16 to MP 3.23) Borough of Runnemede and Township of Gloucester, Camden County, New Jersey for the Camden County Department of Public Works. The intent of this Request for Proposals and resulting contract is to obtain on-call construction management and construction inspection (CM/CI) services for the Evesham Road (CR-544) Roadway Improvements project, from the vicinity of West Clements Bridge Road (NJ-41) to Schubert Avenue (CR-736), in the Borough of Runnemede and the Township of Gloucester, Camden County, New Jersey. The terms of the contract agreement shall be for the length of the construction project and close out. Per the construction Specifications, Section 108.10, the construction project is to be substantially complete in one-hundred fifty (150) calendar days and reach final construction completion in one-hundred eighty (180) calendar days. The CM/CI firm will have an additional sixty (60) calendar days for close-out of this federal project, for a total duration of two-hundred forty (240) calendar days as required to advance Camden County roadway projects under the Department of Camden County Public Works, Division of Engineering. Firms responding to this Request For Proposals should have extensive material, experience, and a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the provision of the construction inspection and construction management (CM/CI) services described herein and in the field of civil engineering, including the design and construction methods of roadways in accordance with New Jersey standards and federal standards, retaining wall design, storm pipe design and installation, soil properties, handicap ramp installation in accordance with current ADA and NJDOT standards, concrete curb installation, roadway line striping, traffic controls, material and soil testing procedures necessary for roadway construction, and any additional qualifications required to provide CM/CI services described herein.
