Site work and renovation of a civil project in Hubbard, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of two existing 400kW generators and the associated diesel fuel underground storage tank and the installation of two new 400 kW Diesel Generators at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work will also include the installation of new Automatic Transfer Switches and other miscellaneous work required for complete installation The Contractor is responsible to ensure removal of the diesel fuel underground storage tank meets all BUSTR requirements. Installation of the new generator systems shall meet all applicable local, state, and federal codes and requirements. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Article 1.28 of the Instructions To Bidders / General Conditions. Question Deadline 01/31/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing on the RFI Form included herein, addressed to Steve Preston, Project Manager . Contract Times for completion and provisions on liquidated and special damages, if any, are indicated in the Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
