This includes approximately 694 lineal feet of various sized RCP storm drain pipe, 1,200 lineal feet of various sized sanitary sewer pipe, and 1,300 feet of various sized water pipe and associated appurtenances along with 62,400 square feet of Asphalt, 3,150 linear feet of curb and gutter, and 19,500 square feet of concrete flatwork. The project has a 120-calendar day construction schedule from the construction initiation date. The project must be substantially complete no later than October 15,2025.
