Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cordele, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required for the Work known as HVAC Improvements, GA 63-1 (Sunset Homes), Cordele, Georgia Response to any questions posed at this meeting will be issued in the form of an Addendum, issued to all known bidders. Question Deadline 02/18/2025 The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following general items: Provide new HVAC split systems at sixty (60) Dwelling Units at the site known as GA 63-1 Sunset Homes. Removal of existing heating systems, including equipment, supply piping, and electrical connections. Flues and chimneys will also be removed at 60 Dwelling Units. Included is repair of deck and roofs where chimneys are removed. Scope includes providing electric mini-split heating and air- conditioning systems including all required electrical connections and repair of all adjacent surfaces damaged in the performance of the work. The Owner will provide certain pieces of the HVAC equipment as listed on the MEP drawings
