The Lowell Housing Authority invites bids from qualified contractors interested in providing the replacement of sewer ejector pumps at City View Towers and pump services as needed in accordance with the conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Multiple contracts may be awarded to the lowest responsive and eligible bidders per category. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid price. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30, &39M. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage/Federal Davis Bacon Wage rates and OSHA Certification. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities.
