All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. All bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This contract is subject to the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates and Federal Davis Bacon Wages, and OSHA Certifications. The LHA reserves the right to amend or cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids and waive minor informalities. Generator Service & Repairs. Work shall include but not be limited to major and minor preventative maintenance, elevator inspections standby and repairs as needed to approximately nine (9) generators with four (4) more generators to be installed during the term of this ensuing contract. 3 yr. contract. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
