Pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 287.055 (Consultants Competitive Negotiations Act) and 40USC11101-1104 (Brooks Act), the City of Palm Bay seeks to identify Firms qualified in providing engineering services to support ongoing operation of the City of Palm Bay's Utilities Department. The scope of work may include general engineering services relating to extending the utilities infrastructure based on present and future models of the utilities system, utilities design and permitting of capital projects, project environmental permitting, construction management and inspection services and other general civil, environmental assessments, survey services, and utilities engineering services. The ancillary services may also include panning marketing, redevelopment, economic analysis, rate analysis and development, grant acquisition, and related services. Other duties may include acting as the City Utilities' design criteria professional for the purpose of preparing a design-build criteria package primarily related to utilities projects
