Reference Number 0000372211 Purchase Type: Duration: 1 year Option: (2) 1-year options Sheridan Health Services, Inc (SHS) is a multi-site, nurse-managed, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has been operated with CU Anschutz College of Nursing providers since 1995. The Applicant, UC Denver, which oversees SHS, is a public state university. SHS has been designated as a 501c3 tax-exempt center that meets Section 330 governance requirements. SHS is in a medically underserved, low socioeconomic urban area in Denver County. SHS has one specific site for which they need cleaning services; the Family Health Clinic, located at 3525 W. Oxford Ave. #G-1 Denver, CO 80236, which is roughly 17,938 sq. ft. SHS is seeking janitorial services for these locations in accordance with the specifications provided below. It is expected that the awarded proposer will begin providing these services in February 2025, with a full and robust cleaning team and schedule in order to meet the needs of Sheriden Health Services.
