Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montgomery, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of the project involves the complete demolition of an existing parking lot, including the removal of gravel and underlying materials. The rebuild of the parking lot will include site grading, sub-base installation, and the laying of new asphalt, concrete, and gravel, adding necessary markings and signage to ensure compliance with accessibility standards. The project also includes the construction of a new boardwalk, which will require pile driving, decking installation, and the addition of railings. The purpose of this new boardwalk is to better provide visitors access to U.S. Highway 98. Additionally, work on U.S. Highway 98 Right-of-Way is to be permitted by ALDOT. Finally, the project will include a new sidewalk that will be constructed, to connect the new boardwalk with the new parking lot. The construction duration for this project is Ninety (90) calendar days.
