Reference Number 0000285897 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/01/31 04:00:00 PM CST The Work includes all that is necessary for the supply, installation and maintenance of flooring, including but not limited to, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, flooring supplies (such as staples, glue, underlay, baseboards, sheet goods, tile etc.) transportation (including fuel), delivery, loading/unloading, insurance, and warranty of workmanship and materials on an as and when required basis at various locations within Manitoba. The Work is for Corporate Facilities and Generation Operations and Maintenance (GO&M) Departments within Manitoba Hydro. Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser's Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements and any Call-Outs that are issued. ITEM 1: Cost per hour to provide the services of repair/patching of existing flooring, existing flooring removal, surface preparation and installation of new flooring. Manitoba Hydro intends to engage with one (1) contractor to complete the services on an as and when required basis for a five (5) year term, subject to earlier termination.
