Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Norwalk, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, materials, supervision, etc. for the Citys contract for Hospital Hill Village Safety Enhancement Project. The awarded bidder is also responsible for most incidentals related to this work, such as traffic control, driveway or walk replacement, resetting structures, if necessary, etc. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements. Questions Due Date: Feb 5th 2025, 2:00 PM EST Questions Online Portal All questions pertaining to this bid shall be directed to Sharon Conners, Purchasing Agent, at Sconners@norwalkct.org. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 15% of the total bid amount. All checks and Bonds posted will be returned to unsuccessful bidders upon award of the Contract. Within ten (10) calendar days from the date of a notice of acceptance of this proposal, the undersigned agrees to execute the Contract and to furnish to the City a satisfactory Faithful Performance Bond and Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
