Temporary Exterior Lateral Cleanout 10 Units 3. Traffic Control 1 Lump Sum in the City of West Allis, Wisconsin, in accordance with Plans and Specifications on the Quest Bidding Website. Bidders must file pre-qualification questionnaires with the Director of Public Works/City Engineer, as required by Section 66.29 of the Wisconsin Statutes. All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents are to be directed to the City Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by addenda mailed or deliveredtoallparties recordedby theEngineer ashaving received proposal forms. On typical lateral configurations,theCity is looking tocover a minimum of 2 feet into the lateral so that the first joint and mainline connection is covered. If the awarded Contractor is interested, the City is able to include in the Notice of Construction letter, the option to have the lateral liner extended.
