Site Address:9325 S 5th Ave Oak Creek Milwaukee WI The work, officially known as Water Treatment Plant HVAC Upgrade, consists of the following at the Water Treatment Plant. A. Heating and ventilation work includes the following: 1. Replacement of (1) multizone air-handling unit and associated condensing unit with a VAV system for the facility. 2. Addition of (2) split-system air conditioning units. 3. Addition of VAV boxes and associated modifications to the heating water piping. 4. Addition of electric baseboard heaters in the Mens Locker Room. 5. Replacement of cabinet unit heater in the Vestibule, including modifications to heating water piping. 6. Modifications to existing ductwork, including insulating ductwork. 7. Replacement of the existing temperature control system with a new BAS. 8. Replacement of existing control valves serving existing heating equipment. B. Electrical work includes the following: 1. Work associated with heating and ventilation modifications. 2. Replacement of lighting in the Computer Room. C. General work includes the following: 1. Structural modifications to walls, floors, and ceilings to facilitate modifications to the heating and ventilation systems. 2. Equipment pads. 3. Painting of the Second Floor Mechanical Room. 4. Miscellaneous demolition. D. The following shall be bid as additive alternate bid work: 1. Alternate Bid No. 1: Replacement of light fixtures, lighting controls, and modifications to the lay-in ceiling in the Conference Room and Office. 2. Alternate Bid No. 2: Removal of MCC-7 and 480-volt feeder conductors from Unit Substation No. 2.
