The City of Fargo is seeking a qualified consulting firm with proven experience in project management, environmental remediation, and site demolition/restoration design to assist in preparing the former Mid America Steel site for future redevelopment and potentially sale. The exact scope of services is unknown, but it is anticipated that the selected consultant will provide a range of services, to include but not be limited to, coordinating and developing construction plans for minor site improvements (such as the removal of surface structures and above ground basic site prep) to major site improvements (such as roadway and berm installations). Scope of work could include project design and grant applications for the full remediation of the site in order to develop "shovel ready" plans.
