Davies Recreational Pool Resurfacing Project Bid All bids shall remain open for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Park District of the City of Fargo reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff at contentcase@constructconnect.com. Contact Tony Schmitt @ tschmitt@fargoparks.com, or 701-551-5888 with any questions regarding the bid or specifications. Comply with local, state, and federal regulations. b. Ensure work adheres to the National Plasterers Council (NPC) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI). c. Provide timeline of project and durations. d. Obtain any necessary permits from the City of Fargo, ND for successful resurfacing of the pool if applicable. e. Start date is approximately August 25th, 2025. f. Project must be completed by October 3rd, 2025. g. Project location is at Davies Recreational Pool - 7150 25th Street South, Fargo, ND 58104. Removal of existing plaster down to pool shell. b. If structural cracks or shell concerns are discovered, they must be reported to the owner immediately along with suggestions for mitigation. c. Additional costs for mitigation of shell concerns must be approved by the owner. d. Application of new plaster layer, including surface preparation, bonding agents, and curing process.
