Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a municipal facility in Rutledge, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 3,500-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility.
Per the owner, bids have been rejected and the project has been canceled. Grainger County will be soliciting bids for maintenance renovations at the Grainger County Courthouse (upstairs), 8095 Rutledge Pike, Rutledge Tennessee 37861. Bids should include all labor and material for the installation and repair work as outlined below. On site visit required for actual work to be performed. Pergo WetProtect Flooring w/felt - 3500 sq feet Repair & Paint Interior walls and ceiling. Repair/Sand and Polyurethane existing interior chair railing and doors Convert existing lighting to LED Removal of existing seats and benches Workmanship 1-year guarantee Building can be inspected at 8095 Rutledge Pike Rutledge, Tennessee 37861. Installation must begin within 30 days or agreed upon time with the Mayor of Grainger County, after the contract is awarded. Contractors should be licensed by the State of Tennessee and comply with all Federal and State workforce laws. A certificate of Insurance will be required. Please include items with bid package. Grainger County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities contained therein.
