Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Algonquin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Broadsmore Drive and Stonegate Road Phase 2 Improvements, which includes fulldepth reclamation and HMA resurfacing on Stonegate Road and the cul-de-sacs along it, Broadsmore Drive, Bitter Spring Ct, and Rose Hill Ct. The work also includes spot curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk and driveway apron replacement, and utility rehabilitation. The project also includes a new on-street striped bike lane on Stonegate Road and a new 8' wide HMA multiuse path on the south side of Broadsmore Drive between Randall Road and Broadsmore Park. All work must comply with Illinois Prevailing Wage laws, state labor requirements, Public Act 30 ILCS 570, and Equal Employment Opportunity laws. A 5% bid security and 100% performance and labor/material bonds are required.
