In accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Dudek, the Work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment, incidentals and services for the construction and completion of the "Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility". The Work includes but is not limited to: all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete the work in compliance with the specifications, including but not limited to construction of the following: 1. Two Aerated Lagoon Treatment Ponds. 2. Two Infiltration Basins. 3. Recirculation Pump Station. 4. Influent Pump Station. 5. Headworks. 6. Blower Building. 7. Standby Generator and Pad. 8. Motor Control Centers, Variable Frequency Drive Units, Switchgear. 9. PG&E Service Transformer Pad. 10. Potable Water Service. 11. Operations, Storage, and Electrical Building 12. New SCADA control system and integration. 13. Drilling, construction, and development of six underground monitoring wells. 14. Process and site piping, and appurtenances. 15. Paving, grading, drainage, sitework, etc. in accordance with the Approved Plans and Specifications, including all associated materials, service connections, appurtenances and other Work. The estimated cost for this Work is between: $19.5M and $20M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is 420 Working Days. Each Bid must also be accompanied by security in the form of a Bidder's Bond issued by a corporate surety, a certified check, or cashier's check payable to the "City of Gonzales, CA", or cash for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall be required to execute a Material and Labor Payment Bond and Performance Bond, issued by a corporate surety, in conformance with the requirements set forth in the Contract Documents, each for not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
