The Bracken County Public Library is seeking bids for professional cleaning services for its facilities. We are looking for a reliable, experienced cleaning company or person to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our patrons and staff. Scope of Services: The cleaning service will be responsible for the following duties: oThorough Cleaning of public areas, restrooms, study rooms, and event spaces. oSweeping, Mopping, and Disinfecting hightraffic areas. oEmptying trash and recycling bins. oGeneral upkeep of the library's cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Ability to power wash windows and deep clean/wax floors considered a plus. If able to provide these services, please provide cost for these services separate from general cleaning. Requirements: oProven experience in commercial cleaning, particularly in public buildings or libraries. oFlexible scheduling to accommodate library hours and special events. oCompliance with all local health and safety regulations.
