Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rudyard, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
District Proposal Form: High School Gym Bleachers Requirements Bidder shall use the existing specifications ofthe bleachers to match what is currently in the Harris Kahl Gymnasium. Bidder shall list any variations from or exceptions to the conditions and specifications ofthis bid. Bidder is advised that the District is exempt from Michigan Sales tax. The price quoted shall be "out the door" F.O.B. Rudyard Area Schools 11185 W 2nd Street, Rudyard, MI 49780. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and make the award in the best interest ofthe District. All building permits plan review as required by the State ofMichigan are the responsibility ofthe winning bidder. Minimum Specifications o Black in color o ADA compliant, with recoverable handicap spots. o 4* x 8' Video platform centered on east side bleachers. o Laminate coated gray foot boards with F style isle rails and fixed end rails o All necessary pennits and drawings to be the responsibility ofthe winning bidder. o Deadline for completion is August 1, 2025. Any day past August 1, 2025 completion will result in a 1% fee to the contractor to be paid to the district. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding
