All building permits plan review as required by the State of Michigan are the responsibility of the winning bidder Minimum Specifications The dimensions of the building will be 24-foot by 28-foot. With a 4' sidewalk around the exterior of the building/ Exterior metal doors with lever lock handles. Shingled roof with a 24" overhang on 3 sides and a 6' overhang on the south side (see prints) Stick built 2 by 6 walls with insulation and finishing on interior. Plumbing, per code. Electric hot water heater, electric base board heating 8' Wall height. Interior and exterior paint needed (with colors chosen by the school administrator). Deadline for completion is August 1, 2024. Any day past August 1, 2024 completion will result in a 1% fee to the contractor to be paid to the district.
