The project is awarded to L.C. Whitford in the awarded amount of 1,776,024.31 GOALS FOR PARTICIPATION OF MINORITIES 1.2% The goal for the participation of women is 6.9% Fitzpatrick Hill Road Bridge Replacement All questions prior to the bid opening must be received by the close of business on December 30th, 2025, at 5pm local time. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Town of Montour, in accordance with the amounts and terms described in the Instructions to Bidders A DBE goal does not apply for this project per the Interim Final Rule implementing changes to the DBE program regulations issued by the United States Department of Transportation on October 3,2025. The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) after the actual date of the opening, unless a mistake due to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders
