The City of Carrollton is soliciting Qualification Packets to provide Meter Route Consulting Services for the City of Carrollton. Should a Vendor find discrepancies in, or omissions from the drawings, specifications or other Contract Documents, or should Vendor be in doubt as to the meaning and intent, Vendor should notify the City at once and obtain clarification prior to submitting a packet. The submission of packets by Vendor shall be conclusive evidence that the Vendor is fully acquainted and satisfied as to the character, quality and quantity of work to be performed and materials to be furnished.
