Renovation of a mixed-use development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
2/6/25: Addendum 1 is available. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project includes replacement of heating water fittings and some sections of piping. Chilled water piping and fittings will remain. Sections of the existing acoustical panel and gypsum board ceilings will be removed and replaced or repaired to provide access to piping and fittings. Insulation removed to access piping and fittings will need to be replaced. Some EMS control devices require replacement and there will be some new raceway and conductors required to connect to existing controllers. Engineers Estimate: $485,000 Genera l Contract for construction located at the existing A. G. West Black Hills High School, 7741 Littlerock Rd. SW, Olympia, Washington 98512. REJECTION OF BIDS: The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all Bids for any reason and, m particular, to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular Question Deadline 02/06/2025 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation ofthe Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the A/E
