Renovation of a mixed-use development in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The contractor will be responsible for providing labor and materials for the installation of GCS provided alarm panels as well as keypads at WZHOYH () sites. GCS School Safety & Emergency Management will determine the number of keypads per site during the pre-bids and site visits. It will also be determined if the work will require the replacement of motion devices and new wiring. Contractor will be responsible for providing both materials and labor regarding the mounting of the supplied devices and are required to provide training to GCS SS&EM staff upon completion of the installations. The contractor will be responsible for providing a total working solution at the end of the project. The Guilford County BOE Reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented and to waive any informalities and irregularities. Guilford County Schools reserves the right to award this project in part or in whole, whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of the district. Award is contingent upon availability of funds. Minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals for this project. The Board of Education awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age or handicapped condition as defined by North Carolina General Statutes
