The Work shall consist of the furnishing of labor, materials and equipment entering into the construction for the NCRC Aseptic Lab Upfit including all required work described on the plans and specifications for general work including site, civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, sprinkler system, and kitchen equipment work. Bidders shall be General Contractors, licensed in North Carolina, with Owner approved Sub-Contractors as required.
