Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a transportation facility; transportation facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR work includes: coordination with Mechanical & Electrical Prime Contractors; coordination with SEPTA Operations; safety program; scheduling; selective demolition; temporary traffic control; sanitary sewer coordination and temporary measures; construction logistics; coordination with utility companies; storm water management; expansion of support rooms including power and elevator machine rooms; construction of new headhouse canopies; new elevators; structural construction of foundations, slabs, footings, shoring of walls, and interior fit-out; fare line renovations of both public fare and unpaid areas; and as-built drawings.
