Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sunset Park Entrance Gates (6) The Work consists of the demolition of existing manual metal gates, trenching for electric and date, new concrete footings and pads, operators. Controllers, battery backup, illuminated barrier arms, automated vehicle identification systems (AVI), cameras, card reader, bollards, asphalt removal and replace. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition, cast-in-place concrete, low-voltage electrical power conductors and cables; grounding and bonding for electrical systems; conduit for electrical system; boxes for electrical systems; identification for electrical systems; power system studies; wiring connections; communications; structed cabling; access control; gate access control system; earthwork; clearing and grubbing; excavation and fill; backfilling; trenching; erosion and sediment controls; asphaltic concrete paving; concrete sidewalks' curbs, gutters; perform a exploratory non-destructive vacuum excavation trench along the route of all new utility trenches where any identified or assumed underground services are located. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 607425-24, RP.G0224029, CL-2025-218 Review Contract Documents and Field Conditions: 1. Carefully study and compare the Contract Documents with each other and with information furnished by Owner and immediately report to Architect/Engineer errors, inconsistencies, or omissions discovered. If Contractor performs any construction activity knowing it involves a recognized error, inconsistency, or omission in the Contract Documents without such notice to Architect/Engineer, Contractor shall assume appropriate responsibility for such performance and shall bear an appropriate amount of the attributable costs of correction. 2. Take field measurements, verify field conditions, and carefully compare field measurements and conditions and other information known to Contractor with the Contract Documents before commencing activities. Report errors, inconsistencies, or omissions discovered to Architect/Engineer at once. In the event of a discrepancy, do not scale from Drawings and refer to Section 01 26 13 - Requests for Interpretation (RFI). 3. Perform the Work in accordance with Contract Documents.
