UNLV is seeking an experienced contractor to install automatic door lock buttons on its campuses. Note that programming of the automatic lock buttons must be performed by a Millennium Systems-certified contractor. UNLV is seeking Bids from qualified contractors to provide installation of STI SS2225LD Push Buttons for an Automated Door Lock System. This document outlines the Scope of Work for the project, which is focused on enhancing the security and functionality of spaces across UNLV campuses. Project Completion Date: Completion of this Project must be achieved by April 30, 2025. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount ("Bid Security"). A copy of the Bid Security shall be uploaded on electronically. Upon Notice of Intent to Award, the Successful Bidder must obtain Performance and Payment bonds equivalent to the amount bid.
