Renovation of a mixed-use development in Las Vegas, Nevada. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
**As of April 9, 2025 bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The "Projects" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Brandy Warehouse Fire Department Tenant Improvements & Brandy Warehouse Roof Replacement and is located at 3550 West Harmon Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 32 of the Project Manual. Scope #1: Brandy Warehouse Fire Department - Tenant Improvements The work consists of the interior build out of an existing warehouse to include a new 7,859 square foot steel framed storage mezzanine, and new floor level office spaces, breakroom, utility rooms, secure storage, equipment storage, new restroom, renovation of existing restroom, and a new fire riser room. Increasing the size of the opening and replacing the existing west overhead door Improvements include access control, data, Wi-Fi, communications and alarm systems. Accommodations for new vehicle lift, compressed air equipment, and designated vehicle storage. Modifications to the existing fire sprinkler system per current code requirements. New storage racking equipment, storage shelving, and storage casework as noted. Scope #2: Brandy Warehouse - Roof Replacement The Work consists of the replacement of the entire roof of the building, removal of the existing roof system, rood deck, and batt insulation under the deck. Install new ridged insulation, roof decking, PVC roofing system, and R38 batt insulation under the deck. Removal and replacement of existing evaporative coolers, heat pump units, all associated utility hook ups, new curbs, pipe supports, and sleepers. Clean, repair, and adjust roof drains, structural repairs will also be required due to years of water infiltration due to the failing roof material. ESTIMATED COST: Scope #1: $3,334,500 - $3,510,000; Scope #2: $2,563,100 - $2,698,000. Question Deadline 02/04/2025 at 5:30 PM PT Doc note - Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System or a thumb drive (drive) can be picked up at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing And Contracts Division, 4th Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 on TUESDAY, JANUARY 21, 2025. The drive will be provided at no charge. If the drive is to be mailed, there is an additional nonrefundable charge of $5.00. All checks are to be made payable to Clark County Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division.
