Site work for a water / sewer project in Renovo, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of two reinforced concrete, rock-anchored walls at Alvin Bush Dam to prevent continued progressive rock erosion along the spillway roadway, where the existing 62-year-old wall has deteriorated and eroded back toward Kettle Creek Road. Work includes stabilization of the rock face, removal of fallen debris within the spillway as required for construction, and installation of new structural walls designed to protect the roadway and dam infrastructure. Additional work includes site grading, paving, drainage improvements, construction of access roads, installation of stairs, railings, fencing, and other incidental features necessary to complete the project. All required environmental permits must be obtained, including at a minimum a permit from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection National Pollution program. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 730 calendar days. Magnitude of Construction: The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
