Document is only required for Single Prime Contractor not for the Protected sub-contractors. b. The Project Specific Prequalification documents are part of the specifications. Previous project submissions do not qualify. Non- submittal will result in return of bid unopened. Update existing MEP infrastructure in order to support future renovations within the Imaging suite. The project includes the following: Replace the existing equipment with new CATH lab equipment in room 2005. Work includes new walls, interior glazing, doors, hardware, architectural finishes, casework, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, fire protection infrastructure. This Project is located at: University of Illinois Hospital 1740 West Taylor St., Chicago IL 60612. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities in the bidding, and to accept the bids deemed to be in the best interests of the Owner after all bids have been examined and evaluated.
