Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Project: 4,000 LF of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 3,280 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe and all appurtenances 3,460 LF of 24-inch through 48-inch storm pipe and all appurtenances A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Front Office and Receptionist Desk are located on the 5th floor (Suite 500). The deadline to ask questions is 2/07/2025 3:30 PM CST
