D/B - Design Build Police Station Cost Range: $3,500,000 to $3,750,000 Direct Inquiries To: Tim Rice, Chief of Police All questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted in writing by e-mailing trice@walhallapd.org no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on February 7, 2025. Only written questions will be considered formal. firm/partnership to provide the Design and Construction Documentation, Cost Analysis, Specifications & Construction Administration relating to the construction of a new police station, approximately 10,000 square feet. Provide all professional services including architectural; interior design; planning; structural; mechanical; civil; electrical services; & any consultations, presentations or related services incidental necessary to obtain all construction related permits. Provide colored rendering, minimum 24"x36" in size of the proposal to the City for approval; a design/build schedule; complete plans and specifications sealed by registered architect/engineers. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
