Street Paving Payment will be made upon completion and approved inspection. No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor for roadway improvements for the following: Rogers Driveapproximately (.16)miles and 20 feet wide, N. King Street approximately (.10) miles and 18 feet wide, Crave Street approximately (.045) miles and 18 feet wide, Depot Street approximately (.042) miles and 18 feet wide, and Parke Street approximately (.045) miles and 17 feet wide. More specifically the improvements includeasphalt overlay, striping to DOT specifications and baulk lines. The City of Waco reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. All bidders must provide documentation demonstrating compliance with E-Verify/SAVE Programs, insurance coverage, and DOT certified.
