2025 Maintenance and Repair Materials Project Description: This project consists of materials to be picked up (FOB) and delivered (FDS). The following materials will be bid: HMA Superpave 9.5M64 3/4 " Clean Crushed Stone HMA Superpave 25M64 1/ 1/2 " Clean Crushed Stone Bituminous Concrete Mix I-4 or I-5 2 1/2 " Clean Crushed Stone Bituminous Concrete Mix I-2 Rip Rap (R-4) Emulsified Asphalt, CRS-2P Rip Rap (R-7) 3/8" Clean Crushed Stone 12" HDPE Pipe 1" Quarry Process Stone 15" HDPE Pipe 1/4" Clean Stone Grit 18" HDPE Pipe Screenings NJDOT Type 'A' Inlet Casting NJDOT Type 'E' Precast Inlet NJDOT Type 'B' Inlet Casting NJDOT Type 'A' Precast Inlet NJDOT Type 'E' Inlet Casting Prospective bidders must obtain bid documents in this manner so that Van Cleef Engineering Associates may keep an accurate listing of bid holders should the bid opening be delayed or the bid documents need amendment. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated thereon and required and included in the Bid Documents, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing on the outside the name and address of the bidder, the name of the project and the date of the bid. Upon receipt and opening of the bids, the Township reserves the right to hold the bids for up to a period of sixty (60) days thereafter before making the award. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive or permit the cure of any minor deficiency or irregularity in accordance with New Jersey law. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A.10:5-33, Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. All Bidders are expected to comply with all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-1 et seq.) and all regulations promulgated in connection therewith by the New Jersey Division of Local Government Services.
