The prefinal engineering estimate of construction cost varies among the arterial streets from $1,000,000 to $1,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Four construction contracts are being developed. The Village intends to award one construction engineering contract for each construction contract. The Village may choose one firm for multiple construction engineering contracts, if doing so is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village. The Statement of Qualifications should explicitly identify all arterial streets the firm would like to be considered for selection by the Village. To be considered for multiple streets, a complete strategy should be identified to explain the benefit to the Village for selecting one firm for more than one street. The firm's experience and workload capacity to successfully complete the work should concisely support that strategy. Each contract is targeting the IDOT letting for June 13, 2025. The construction work for all contracts specifies a completion date of October 31, 2025 plus 10 working days. The expected duration for construction engineering services is from July 2025 through June 2026, with the principal work being completed in 2025. Inquiries should be directed to Mr. Chris R.
