The proposed improvement is officially known as the Village of Morton Grove 2025 Concrete Replacement Program. This project will be financed by Village of Morton Grove funds. The Work included in this Contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labour, equipment and incidentals required for earth excavation, sidewalk removal, sidewalk construction, sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, and pavement patching at various locations throughout the village and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the Contract Documents. All Proposals must be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in a minimum amount of 5% of the bid amount as provided in the General Provisions and, where applicable, in BLRS Recurring Special Provision for "Bidding Requirements and Conditions for Contract Proposals" contained in the IDOT Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions, adopted January 1, 2025.
