Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Sisseton, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 36,000-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate (SWO) is requesting the services of a Construction Manager at-Risk (CMAR) firm to perform Construction Management Services regarding a new Health and Wellness Center. SWO intends to enter into a contract with the chosen CMAR firm to complete the following project: o Health and Wellness Center - Sisseton, SD o Site Work o Site improvements will include, but will not be limited to, utilities, pavement, landscaping, earthwork required. o Geothermal Wellfield o Building Construction o Construction of a new, two-story, slab-on-grade building. The building will be approximately 36,000 square feet including: Gymnasium Locker Rooms Diabetes Education and Clinic Teaching Kitchen Exercise Rooms Equipment Space Planning for future aquatics addition o Proposed Budget Limit: $20 Million o Provide the following Preconstruction Services: o Estimating o Scheduling o Constructability Review The SWO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
