following bids: MC CUTBACK ASPHALT/EMULSION: Bids will be received for labor, equipment, and materials for furnishing approximately 500 ton more or less of MC800 Medium Curing Cutback Asphalt/Emulsion with no additives by truck transport, and 400 tons more or less of AEA150S, FOB, anywhere in Roberts County. Oil to be delivered within six (6) hours. (Bid Bond $1,000.00) HOT & COLD MIX Bids will be received for 12,000 tons of Hot Mix, more or less, to be picked up at bidder's plant. Quantity may be split among Bidders according to where mix is needed and price difference, if Roberts County so desires. Bid should state the amount of gallons of oil per ton used in Mix (Bid Bond $1,000.00) Price per ton delivered anywhere in Roberts County (Trucks must be able to dump into push type paver). GRAVEL, PIT RUN AND RIP RAP per ton bid only. Bids must be on forms furnished by Roberts County or will not be considered. Copies of proposal forms and specification are on file in the office of the Highway Superintendent, Sisseton, South Dakota and may be obtained by prospective bidders at said place. Bids to be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Bank Draft drawn upon a Solvent State or National Bank domiciled in the State of South Dakota. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids
