The City of Yakima is inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing professional construction management, observation and administration services for the following STPUS funded project: E. Nob Hill Blvd. & Fair Avenue Intersection Improvements. Improvements include milling and overlaying the existing roadway, widening Nob Hill Blvd., constructing sidewalk and ADA curb ramps, stormwater and water improvements, and installing a new traffic signal. These improvements are intended to begin construction in spring of 2025. Questions regarding the RFQ should be directed to Dana Kallevig by email or at (509) 249-6813.
