Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Schofield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; and water / sewer project.

Raze all structures located at 281 Grand Avenue, Schofield WI 54476. Raze and remove all trailer homes, sheds, decks, debris, vehicle, trees 6" diameter and smaller and brush. Include disconnecting water and sewer from trailers and capping below grade. Obtain all required permits for work related to this RFP. Provide all materials, labor, expertise, all equipment, and required insurance to raze the structures and clean-up the property at 281 Grande Avenue, Schofield WI 54476. Detailed Scope of Work: 1. Raze and remove all structures and debris on the property. 2. Remove all junk and debris in and around the buildings. 3. Remove all downed trees, shrubs, trees 6" in diameter or smaller. 4. Remove the one pickup truck. 5. All asbestos abatement will be completed by another contractor through the County. (An asbestos report is included in the package) 6. Disconnect sewer and water lines and cap below grade. 7. Level site so it can be mowed with a brush mower. 8. Include all trucking to the landfill, tipping fees will be paid for by the County. 9.
