Each Bid, When Submitted, Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond That Shall Not Be Less Than Ten (10) Percent of the Amount of the Total Base Bid. Bidders Are Advised the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor & Industry, Bureau of Labor Law Compliance, Prevailing Wage Project Rates Apply; Serial Number 24-10472. Bids May Be Held by the Owner and Remain Firm for a Period of Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any or All Informalities in the Bidding. Work Shall Commence Immediately at the End of the Academic Year, June of 2025, Exact Date to Be Determined. All Work Shall Be Completed Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days of Commencement of Work.
