Full Depth Roadway Pavement Reconstruction and Guide Rail Improvements Prequalification of Bidders, Including Subcontractors, as Specified in Section 102.01 of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications (Publication 408, 2020 Edition) is Required on This Project. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act Applies to This Project. Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bidding Proposal, Made in the Name of "Milford Township Supervisors". Performance and Payment Bonds With Good and Sufficient Surety Will Be Required as Noted in the Information for Bidders. Bids Must Be Submitted on the Prescribed Forms Furnished by the Engineer in Strict Accordance With the Information for Bidders. No Bid, or Any Part Thereof, Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Subsequent to Opening of Bids. It is Proposed, After Execution of the Contract, to Begin Work on the Date Specified in the Notice to Proceed or as Otherwise Provided in the Specifications and to Prosecute All of Said Work So as to Complete It Two Hundred Sixty (260) Calendar Days After That Specified Date. The Milford Township Supervisors Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals, to Waive Any Informality or Bidding Irregularities, and to Award the Contract as May Be Deemed by the Supervisors to Be in Their Best Interest.
