Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project includes, but is not limited to, the purchase and installation of a new storefront system, ceiling, lighting, and flooring work. Property Management, Inc. on behalf of Dauphin County General Authority is seeking bids for general contracting services for a lobby vestibule renovation at the Riverfront Office Center, 1101 S. Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. Each bidder is required to submit, with their sealed bid, a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the bid Dauphin County General Authority reserves the right to adjust quantities and reject any or all bids or proposals. Pre- bid notes: Bid documents, scope of work, and specifications will be provided to attendees of the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and NOT prior.
