Duration: upon award through 6/27/2025 The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for maintenance of a section of Tower Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #88. The scope of the project includes installing drainage pipes and roadway construction with #2A coarse aggregate. When bidding, amount bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted. This project involves the maintenance of a 7,104-feet (1.35-miles) long section of Tower Road on State Game Lands (SGL) #88. The project includes pipe installations, road surfacing and related work. Attached to the project listing in electronic format are Terms and Conditions of Project, Conditions for Construction Contracts and Technical Specifications (Sections 1 through 9). Two drawings titled "Tower Road Project" are also attached. A bid guarantee or bond is not required. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in bids and to accept or reject any part of the bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, and all bidders will be advised of the bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
