Reference Number 0000373768 Job Location: City of Swartz Creek, Genesee County Road Name: Heritage Village Length: 50,000 yd2 Bid Intent Not Available The City seeks to have approximately 50,000 yd2 of "urban style" (having curb and gutter and catch basins) roads fog sealed. The sealing in this request for bid will consist of applying asphalt emulsion, an aggregate layer and another coating of asphalt emulsion to lock the aggregate in place. For this bid the city is looking to utilize the MDOT "CS-T" small aggregate specification. There isn't a pre-bid site review scheduled but any interested contractors can inspect the job by following the attached map and route to the location of the compromised storm sewer outfall.
